Green, glossy leaves are beautiful all season long.  Large, pink flowers bloom in late summer and early fall.  Blooms are long-lasting and add interest to your garden when most other flowers are done for the season.  Good source of late season nectar for bees.   Excellent cut flower with incredibly long vase life.  Perennial, hardy to zone 3.
